CANCELLATION POLICY

Alterations to all confirmed reservations are subject to a $10 administration fee.

 

15+ DAY CANCELLATIONS

If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days before your intended arrival, your card will be charged the first night non refundable fee plus the $10 administration fee

 

14 DAY CANCELLATIONS

If you cancel or reduce the duration of your reservation less than 15 days but more than 7 days before your intended arrival, your card will be charged 50% of the total original reservation fee plus the $10 administration fee.

 

7 DAY CANCELLATIONS

If you cancel or reduce the duration of your reservation 7 or less days before your arrival, your card will be charged for 100% of the total original reservation fee.
